Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing from Cyclstore, you always have a 365-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 365 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Before sending your return to us, it is important that you fill in a return form, which you must include in the package.

It is important to emphasise that we do not accept packages sent to parcel shops. All return packages must be delivered to our address during our opening hours so that we can acknowledge receipt. If you need to return a bicycle, we recommend contacting our customer service at info@cyclstore.com or tel. +45 73707870 to arrange shipping.

When a package is returned, it is important that it is packed and shipped securely, as you as the sender bear the risk. It is therefore important that your shipping label is not placed directly on the original packaging, but that the item is returned in different packaging if it arrived in different packaging. We also always recommend using a carrier with Track & Trace so you can track your package.

Returns and Refunds

Our average return processing time is 2–7 business days and 5–14 business days during peak periods or holidays.

After an item has been processed by us, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
The money is refunded via the payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 7 business days before the money is back in your account.

If you have received a gift that needs to be returned in order to get the money back, these will be credited to the gift card with which the purchase was made.
Therefore, contact the person who gave you the gift and make an arrangement regarding the refund.

Condition of Goods and Packaging

When returning an item, the item must be in as-new condition and must not show any further signs of use than would be expected from trying the item in our physical store.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and be complete with all included parts. If parts or packaging are missing or damaged, this will result in a reduced refund amount or, in the worst case, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
