These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via the web shop at cyclstore.com.
The web shop offers various payment methods. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.
All online payment methods are processed directly with our payment provider, and your payment details, such as credit card numbers, personal identification numbers, and similar information, remain with the payment provider and are not shared with us.
When paying with a business credit card, you will be charged the transaction fee.
When paying by credit card, the amount will be reserved on your account. If you subsequently cancel your order, the amount will be released as soon as possible. It is your credit card provider that determines how quickly the amount becomes available on your account again.
If you choose to collect your order at our store, you may pay in cash when you visit the store.
When purchasing pre-order items or remote warehouse items, the items are ordered to our own warehouse before being shipped to the customer. Where the information is available, the delivery time is shown on both the product page and in the cart. When purchasing a pre-order item or a remote warehouse item, you will be continuously updated by email with the expected delivery time.
The web shop offers various shipping methods. The available shipping methods are calculated based on the contents of the cart, the price, and the delivery address.
The price and delivery time for each shipping method are shown during checkout.
If delivery is directed to a parcel shop/parcel locker where there is no space, your shipment will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop/parcel locker.
If your shipment crosses national borders, it is possible that the original carrier may hand over the delivery to another carrier operating in the relevant country.
It is possible to collect an order at our physical store during the store's opening hours.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if it has not been collected within five business days of the customer receiving an email and/or SMS stating that the order is ready for collection.
As a consumer, you have a 365-day right of withdrawal when shopping via our web shop. The withdrawal period expires 365 days after you have received your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 365 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You do this by completing and enclosing the withdrawal form when you return the item to us. The withdrawal form can be found on the website and/or enclosed in the email you received from us after your order was confirmed. See also the section "Returns".
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been manufactured to your specifications, have been given a clearly personal character, or where workshop services have been added.
For business purchases, the right of withdrawal applies, but 25% will be deducted from the amount.
During certain periods of the year, such as Christmas, the withdrawal period may be extended. This will be announced via the website.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not receive shipping costs back if you withdraw from part of your purchase.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint. If your complaint is valid, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Please note that the right of complaint may be limited by the item's natural durability.
You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is valid, we will reimburse your shipping costs where reasonable. Please note that it is possible to purchase return postage on the website.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain proof of dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
We do not accept parcels that are sent
When you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 365 days to return the item to us. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the package, and you are liable for any damage that occurs during transit. You must ensure that the package is delivered directly to us at our address by the carrier of your choice.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular post. This applies to regular bicycles and e-bikes that have been delivered fully assembled. Return postage for bicycles and e-bikes can be purchased on the website. Please note that there may be an additional island surcharge if the bicycle is to be returned from an island not connected by a bridge.
When returning one or more items, please ensure they are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. When returning plastic parts etc., the packaging must be a box to best protect the product. If the product is not packaged securely, the buyer's rights may be forfeited.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would try it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal from the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. Please note that the original packaging is also part of the commercial value.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not any additional delivery costs where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 365 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will return the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
On the web shop and/or enclosed in the email you received in connection with your purchase, you will find a withdrawal form. Complete and enclose the withdrawal form when you send the item back to us. Items should be sent to the address found on the withdrawal form.
Gift cards purchased on the web shop are valid for 3 years, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you have received your gift card as a prize, please note that there may be additional restrictions on use compared to a gift card you have paid for. For example, it may have a shorter validity period, or the card may only be redeemable for the purchase of a specific item.
The company understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The company will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to complete a transaction. The company will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your prior consent. When you shop with us, we require the following information:
We register and forward your personal data to the chosen shipping company for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
Personal data is registered with Cyclstore and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.
