1. General Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the webshop on cyclstore.com.

2. Payment

The webshop offers various payment methods. It is possible to choose the desired payment method during checkout.
All online payment transactions take place directly with our payment provider, and your payment information, such as credit card numbers and social security numbers, remains with the payment provider and is not shared with us.

When paying with a business-issued credit card, a transaction fee will be applied.

If you choose to pick up your order in our store, you can choose to pay in cash upon arrival at the store.

3. Special Order Items and Remote Stock Items

When purchasing special order items or items from remote stock, the items are ordered to our own warehouse before being forwarded to the customer. Delivery times for these products, when available, will be displayed on the webshop both on the product page and in the cart. When purchasing a special order item or remote stock item, you will be informed via email about the expected delivery time.

4. Shipping

The webshop offers various shipping methods, calculated based on the content, price, and delivery address of the cart.

The price and delivery time for each shipping method are displayed during checkout.

If delivery is to a parcel shop/parcel box with no space, your shipment will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop/parcel box.

If your shipment crosses national borders, the original shipping company may transfer the delivery to another shipping company operating in that specific country.

5. Pickup

It is possible to pick up an order at our physical store during the store's opening hours.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is not picked up within five business days after the customer has received an email and/or SMS notifying that the order is ready for pickup.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 365 days right of withdrawal when shopping through our webshop.
The withdrawal period expires 365 days after you have received your goods. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The period means that you have 365 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You do this by completing and enclosing the withdrawal form when returning the item to us. You can find the withdrawal form on the website and/or enclosed in the email you received from us after approval of your order. See the "Return" section for more information.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications, have a clear personal touch, or where optional treatment has been selected in our workshop.

For business purchases, the right of withdrawal applies, but 25% of the amount is deducted.

In selected periods during the year, such as Christmas, the withdrawal period may be extended. This will be announced via the website.

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.

7. Warranty

When shopping with us as a consumer, you have a warranty for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, a refund, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. Note that the warranty may be limited by the natural durability of the item.
You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs if they are considered reasonable. Note that it is possible to purchase return shipping on the website.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

8. Return

When you want to use your right of withdrawal, you have 365 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if there is damage during transport. Ensure that the package is delivered directly to us at our address by the shipping company you choose.

Proper return

When returning one or more items, please pack them securely to prevent damage during transport. When returning plastic parts, etc., the packaging should be a box to ensure the product is protected. If the product is not properly packaged, it may result in the buyer's rights being forfeited.

Condition of the item when you return it

You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you may not put it into actual use.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund depending on the commercial value of the item. Note that the original packaging is also part of the commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 365 days from the day we received your notice that you want to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.

How to return

On the webshop and/or enclosed in the email you received in connection with the purchase, you will find a withdrawal form. Fill out and enclose the withdrawal form when returning the item to us. The items are sent to the address listed on the withdrawal form.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on the webshop are valid for 3 years unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you have received your gift card as a prize, be aware that there may be more limitations on its use than for a gift card you have paid for. It may have a short validity period or can only be redeemed when purchasing a specific item.

10. Privacy Policy

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

When you shop with us, we need the following information:

We record and disclose your personal information to the selected shipping company for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Cykelshoppen and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller is co-owner of Cykelshoppen, Jesper B. Pedersen.

As a registered person with Cykelshoppen, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. These rights you have under the Personal Data Act. Contact in this regard is sent to: info@cyclstore.com.

11. Complaint Access
