The only thing to be aware of is that there needs to be a clearance between the saddle and the tire; for this reason, it's not particularly suitable for children's bikes.

The four bolts hold the rack firmly in place and fit seatposts between 27.2mm and 31.6mm, which is the vast majority of seatposts made.
