Did the e-bike not fit after all or was the color wrong?
If the e-bike didn't fit after all, you can of course send it back. You are welcome to come by our store in Skanderborg with it yourself; otherwise, you can buy a return label here. When ordering this item, we will send you a parcel label by email, which you must attach to the package to be returned. Jetpak will then come and pick it up as agreed between you and us, and we'll get it back to you within a few days - easy, cheap and with the assurance that your package will arrive.
When using this return postage, it is the customer's responsibility to pack the bike securely so that it can be returned to us without damage.
