Koolstop Hayes is a pair of brake pads compatible with Hayes and Cannondale disc brakes. The brake pads are created with an organic composite braking surface for optimal performance at lower temperatures. It is therefore recommended to use the pads on bikes that are primarily used for longer rides as the brakes are not used as often.
For use on stainless steel discs
Remove the broken brake pads and install your new Koolstop Hayes brake pads in the caliper of the disc brakes. Please note that the red Koolstop brake pads can only be used with disc brakes that are made of stainless steel.
